Clearfield Rezones 1000 East Antelope Drive for Offices and Townhomes on a Split Vote
Clearfield City Council rezoned a 7.6-acre corner at 1000 East and Antelope Drive for a commercial building and about 67 townhomes on Sept. 22, with Mayor Mark Shepherd breaking a 2-2 council tie. Two other ordinances changed garage and trailer-sales rules.
