Water, trash, fiber — everything a new resident needs

Layton bills water, sewer, garbage, and storm sewer on one city account (new accounts carry a $50 fee, and water can usually start same-day). Layton is also a UTOPIA Fiber city — check your address for gigabit fiber availability.

  • Electric power: Rocky Mountain Power
  • Fiber internet: UTOPIA Fiber (pick your own ISP)
  • Secondary water: city service area — metering project underway
  • Natural gas: Enbridge Gas Utah
