Clearfield has 17 parks ranging from half-acre pocket parks to 20-plus acres, two fishing ponds, a dog park, a skate park, and the paved D&RGW Rail Trail. All parks are open 5 a.m.–midnight. Here are the highlights.

Clearfield’s two fishing ponds are Steed Pond and Mabey Pond (fishing license required; daily limit 2 fish). The city’s pocket and neighborhood parks round out the 17-park system.
