  • Electric power: Rocky Mountain Power
  • Secondary water: Davis & Weber Canal Co. (billed by the city); sewer: North Davis Sewer District (billed by the city)
  • West of ~4100 W: drinking water from Hooper Water Improvement District (801-985-1991)
  • Fiber: West Point City Fiber Project with UTOPIA
  • Natural gas: Enbridge Gas Utah
