Bountiful Utilities Guide

Power, water, trash, internet — everything a new resident needs

Moving to Bountiful? Utilities here work a little differently — in the best way. Bountiful runs its own power company (it has since 1907), its own water system, and its own sanitation service, and the city recently built Bountiful Fiber, a city-wide fiber internet network. That means one city account covers most of your setup.

Set Up Through Bountiful City

  • Electric power — Bountiful City Power, city-owned since 1907. Details
  • Culinary water — Bountiful City Water Department. Details
  • Garbage, recycling & street services — Bountiful Streets, Sanitation & Recycling. Details
  • Pay your city utility bill — one bill through Bountiful eServices

Internet, Gas & Everything Else

  • Fiber internet — Bountiful Fiber, the city’s open-access fiber network; pick your ISP at mybountifulfiber.com
  • Natural gas — provided statewide by Enbridge Gas Utah
  • Dump runs — the Bountiful City Landfill (residents only; see hours and fees)
