Kaysville is one of the few Utah cities with its own electric utility — Kaysville City Power & Light has served the city since 1908, with rates historically about 15% below Rocky Mountain Power. Water, garbage, and sewer ride on the same city account.

- Electric power: Kaysville City Power & Light (city-owned)
- Culinary water, garbage/recycling, sewer: city services, set up through Utility Billing (801-546-1235); pay via Xpress Bill Pay

- Natural gas: Enbridge Gas Utah
