Warriors Over the Wasatch Air Show Returns to Hill AFB on June 19–20, 2027
Mark your calendars: the Warriors Over the Wasatch Air Show is set to return to Hill Air Force Base on June 19–20, 2027. The popular event, which draws crowds from across Davis County and the Wasatch Front, had been scheduled for 2026 before base leadership postponed it earlier this year.
In announcing the postponement, Hill officials said the decision followed a review of the base’s operational commitments and the need to prioritize resources for ongoing operations. The 75th Air Base Wing commander, Col. Dan Cornelius, acknowledged the disappointment for the community, performers and supporters who make the show a success, and said leadership had turned its focus toward bringing the event back in 2027.
The air show is one of the largest public events tied to Hill, typically filling the skies with military and civilian aerial performances and drawing huge crowds to the base. Its return is welcome news for local families, and for the businesses and community groups across the county that see a bump whenever the jets are overhead.
The Utah Air Show Foundation, which partners with the base to put on the event, said it remains fully committed to supporting Hill and to presenting the best show possible in 2027.
