West Point Weighs UDOT Funding Swap for 300 North and 700 South, Plus a New 4000 West Trail
West Point’s council was scheduled Sept. 15 to consider trading federal road grants for state money on 300 North and 700 South, and adding a county-funded trail on 4000 West.
