This Week in Clinton: Open Art Studio, Planning Commission Rezone Hearing, Turkey Trot Deadline (Nov 2–8)
Thursday is the busy day in Clinton this week, with an open art session at the Community Center and a Planning Commission hearing that evening. Here is what the city has posted for Nov. 2 through Nov. 8, plus a sign-up deadline just ahead.
On the calendar
Open Art Studio — Thursday, Nov. 5, 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m. Bring your own supplies to the Community Center Room, 1651 W. 2300 North, to work on a project, get feedback or find some inspiration from other artists. The city says it is open to community members 12 and older (younger artists with an adult), and that dates depend on room availability, so call ahead to confirm.

The commission gives a zoning recommendation; it is not the final decision. Questions go to Community Development at 801-614-0740.
City Council, Tuesday, Nov. 10. The city calendar lists a work session at 6 p.m. and the business meeting at 7 p.m., also at 2267 N. 1500 West.
